By this time Kittie had slpped her hoodie on over her tanktop and stopped Evan from opening the door if he tried. There was no way she would let her bastard of a bro-in-law in.

*logan was still warm in his bed sleeping* ✅

Jem took her coffee into the living room as her sister came into the room. "So, you had a huge party, huh?" Jem just shrugged. Her sister continued, "Well, it's pretty obvious that you did. You better clean this place up."
"Wanna help?" Jem pleaded.
"Heck no. I'm outta here. I'm meeting some friends." Her sister gave a little wave before heading out the door again.
"Oh, great. Just great," moaned Jem. She got the vacuum and some other cleaning supplies out.

Evan stood up and went to the fridge to see if there was anything to eat.

The brother-in-law we'll call him, dogface knocks loudly on the door.

"DOn't open it, EVan." Kitty called.

Jem cleaned up most of the house before searching for the telephone. She bit her lip as she dialed Kitty's number. They hadn't really hung out in awhile, but Jme thought she would at least try and see what Kitty was up to.

Kitty picked up the cordless ignoring the pounding on the front door. "Hello?" she says.

"Erm.. Hey. It's Jem."

((Uh... maybe this is rude of me to ask... But are you okay Tela? I tried to send you a PM and it wouldn't let me 😕 ))

(((Oh I accidentally blocked pms 😮 Sorry. there. Changed it so I could get them.)))

"Jem?" Kitty blinked. "Uh hey."

"What's going on?" Jem asked.

"Just the ordinary." she said before noticing Evan. "Hold on a sec, Jem." she puts her hand over the receiver. "What ya want to eat, Evan?" she asks going into the kitchen. "SO, Jem, how'd the party go after we left? ANy trouble from Sander?"

"Nah, I was a little out of it though." Jem laughed. "Logan helped me shut the party down, and I cleaned up everything this morning."

"AH, cool." she says sitting on the counter top. "So why'd ya call me? No offense, just not use to it."

"I'll wait til you're off the phone," Evan said politely.

Kitty stuck her tongue out. "FIne."s he tells him jumping when dogface knocks so hard that the house practically shakes.

"No clue. Bored, I guess." Jem shrugged.

Kitty laughed softly. "Thanks, I think my ego's getting inflated."

Jem laughed, "Sorry, I didn't mean it like that. We haven't in awhile, and ya know, I thought it would nice to talk again."

"Hmm, okay, well, whadya wana talk about." Kitty asked. "Look, come over to my house because I have a guest and its rude of me to be on the phone."
