yeah, the other rumored cameo is jorus c'boath, calista and vergere but aren't all of them either dead or frozen or something by then?

In Episode III? Veregere would possibly still be in the republic at that point, although she only knew Anakin as a little boy, and was surprised that he became Darth Vader. Thrawn would be interesting.

It has SOME relevance, but not the kind of relevance you mean. As for cameos by Veregere/Thrawn, as long as it was a background thing that'd be ok. Like if we saw a feathery thing walking around in the temple.

if it's thrawn i'm guessing he'll be standing at palpatine's side next to tarkin, vader, and xizor, or something like that. nothing to bring oohs and aahs

But by this time Vergere was already with the Vong, it's not plausible.

where would you put solo with the plot of episode 3 being what it is? I can't find a place for a ten year old in the script

There could easily be a female dark jedi, not necessarily a Sith. I'm sure not all followers of the dark side of the force would be Sith...
