well, it's a nice preview!

It's a very nice preveiw. Apart from Yoda's line. I didn't like that.

and I still don't like the cgi yoda........ yet

Well, I do. His expressions are much more refined now.

yeah that's right; but look at his skin!

What's wreong with his skin? What's wrong with his skin that wasn't wrong with the puppet?

I find it that his green skin doesn't mach perfectly with the rest, I don't mind that it is cgi; but a common mistake with cgi-characters is that there skin is too dark/too light...

Whatever, I think it looks 100% better than the puppet of TPM.
I just going to miss Mr Oz "handywork"

well, I'm VERY picky about those stuff, and I have trained myself in seeing that all...

Look, even if you think the puppet looks better- which I think is dubious- GL CANNOT do with a puppet what needs to be done. So the change has to be made.

I don't doubt that! I'm just talking about the skincolor here...

Your views on colour makes no sense yers. It may be about lighting but not about colour. And lighting's always pretty tricky with CGI.

I don't know about you guys but I know a cgi-character almost instantly, by his movement OR by his skincolor, and for Yoda it's his skin, if they made it darker I wouldn't complain...
well, I think I will get used to it, because I will see the movie plenty of times...

I have given up beleiving the credibility of people who said they could 'tell' CGI charatcers after too many of them mistook the C3-P0 puppet for one...

Well, CGI characters can be spotted easily for the trained eye. But mostly that due to unnatural elements. And this is usually by movement, texture and lighting.
