Roman epics

Hi I'm looking for good old Roman epics, wondering if u guys could help,
Just name the once that u know

thx

Ah Ben Hur.

I hope I spelled that right. Dont feel like looking for it.

Spartacus
Gladiator (nost recent)
Cleopatra (With Liz Taylor)

Fall of the Roman Empire (1964) ~ Sir Alec Guiness, Sophie Loren, Stephen Boyd and James Mason.

please name more🙂

Spartacus is really good and very well done. You might want to check Caligula (1980) but be warn it is a very exotic film. Others I can think of are The Robe (1953) and Ben Hur(1959 also the 1926 version is pretty good)

Ah Ben Hur.

it is correct though

Quo Vadis and The Last Days of Pompeii are real classics about the aise of crhistianism in Rome.

Giulio Cesare, il conquistatore delle Gallie.

Attila the Hun..great...
...I always think about Maximus (Gladiator) as a copy of the General Aetius. The last great general of the Occidental Roman Empire.

All classics from the fifities/sixties

Spartacus kicks ass!! Id highly recomend it...✅
