We recruit moderators when we need them. There is no application form.

Currently we are all set for moderators, but thanks for the interest.

being a moderator is cool U can abuse power.

ah, hun, I don't think that's the point in being a moderator. You don't abuse your power. You close duplicated threads, stop fights from breaking out and they merge threads together. THAT'S what being a moderator means.

Correcto mundo. I used to be one on a movie forum. But there's more to the job than just stated above, there's formulating ideas to make the site better, and tons of other important stuff. It's not as easy as you might think.
