But you'd have to live with the shame of being mod of the HP forum. 😛I doubt I post enough in any forum to be eligible for a position as mod. Maybe OTF but that doesn't have a moderator and I'm not known to be the nicest of characters in that forum.

That's actually quite true. I once modded a rather large DBZ rpg forum, and anytime I closed a roleplay because it was against the rules, people would constantly give me crap. Eventually, the Administrator made "giving the mods crap" a bannable offense. The Wall of Shame gained 12 members in one day because of me.
Basically, I've found the best way to enforce rules, is to not give any slack, and be as hard as you can on members. One warning, 3 day ban, one week ban, two week ban, perm ban.
That's what I used to do, at least.
