avatars?

can i ask is there any, easy way to get an animated avatar, or do you have to be a wiz?

I don't think most people create their own avatars. They usually choose from the offerings here, resize it in the avatar creator, or pinch someone elses...

My avatars are homemade.

I have PSP 7.00 (Paint Shop Pro 7) and it comes with Animation Shop 3. Making an animated avatar is real easy with it.
