I'm with Link on this, he was in no way a god,IMO. It depends on what you mean, as in the Thor sense, yeah I guess. But if you mean the cosmic deity sense, a la Chaos, Order, Enternity, Entropy, Galactus, then no....Thanos is nowhere near there.
