Yay finally a good looking RPG.
Character: Sebastien "Psychix" Hector
Age: 14
Powers: High level Telepathy ie: Speaking into peoples minds, manipulating thoughts, even causing them mental pain ETC. (But its all in their head.)
Appearance: Prett normal dude. Dresses in Goth clothing, black cargo's
longish (For a guy, falling just below the eyes) Red hair, Black T-shirt, black Hoody, Chains ETC.
Abnormal stuff: Well he has bright red eyes and due to the mental power around him, when angered his hair kinda floats, waving in the air like it was underwater. Also when angered or using his powers a slit appears in his forehead. First it just looks like a glowing red slit but when extremely pissed or utilizing extreme energy it opens into a glowing bright red eye.
Oh yea, also my character wears large headphones all the time and you can normally hear slipknot or Drowning pool or something blaring out of them.
Can we start RPing yet or do we have to wait until people get ready?
Well Im bored so here's my characters history.
1995, The British government discovers a child by the name of Sebastien Hector. He is without a family when he is found and he is taken into an orphanage. one year later the government comes back. For no reason apparent at the time they take him away and put the child, Sebastien into special care. By special care, I mean a special room that monitors brainwave frequencies. Another year passes with nothing interesting however in test No. 67 something does happen. The facility monitoring him gets signed wavers to allow a quick physical punishment test looking for a reaction in the child. After about five minutes of beating with a cattle prod by a scientist the child lets out a scream. There is a cloud of dark smoke as the brainwave monitors flash suddenly, and explode inwards, wounding three scientists. When the smoke cleared the child can be seen on the floor crying. the scientist who was beating him lies on the floor, blood flowing from his ears.
Five years of special training, and oppresion later, the child, now a teenager of thirteen, escapes the facility. With no family, no friends no known relatives he seeks the streets looking for others like him...

Ok fine, I sleep in a cardboard box in pennsylvania.
Anyway, here's some more info on my char for when you guys get here.
Right yea he's basically a normal (ish) Punker/Rocker. He doesnt carry a firearm, he's 14 for ****s sake. He lives on the streets, eats by tricking food stand people into believing he's paid for food (Again, thats another telepathy trick.) He sleeps in an alley behind a pennsylvina bank. He's a hobo but he can still afford lots of stuff due to his tendency to steal money from the bank (With his powers of course, he rarely shows restraint in using them.) if he finds something he wants, BUT he isnt old enough to own his own house and he wont go to an orphanage or anything.
I decided a small change on the eyes since I think it looks kick ass in my drawings of him, and it makes him more different. He has one red and gold eye normally hard to see under his hair which falls slightly below them. As I said, the third eye on his head (Which I've decided is always visible but hidden quite well behind his hair. If he uses a power it Glows though,) is a light blue color.
