Wait. I thought that the Juggernaut's power meant that if someone was trying to stop him with force, that he wouldn't stop. My character's power has to do with time. If Eli paused time, wouldn't that mean that Jack would have to pause?

Time would stop Juggernaut, since it doesn't affect his motion. As soon as it started up again, he'd keep moving.
