Nemx unleashes another blast of his death ray. until the sheriff came. then nemx stopped and looked at the sheriff approach him.

~I didn't know if you meant 'away' as in away from the town, or 'away' as in behind me. Maybe Nemx shouldn't actually kill anyone...Since these people don't mind mutants, but will if he kills loadsa people.~

Zack pulled up next to the Sheriff.
"Sheriff, get in. He's gone crazy!"

Nemx then uses his powers to push zack away from the sheriff. "Dont interfer zack if he wants to die he can"nemx said. then the sheriff pulled out his shotgun and shot but missed cause Nemx teleported behind the sheriff "cool shotgun, let me show you mine"nemx said then he pulled out his Shotgun and shot the sheriff in the stomach at close range. and then nemx teleported away to a different part of the town.

Zack flung out his hand, pushing the Sheriff to one side as the buckshot flew through the area he had been standing in. Running over, he looked around for Nemx as he helped the sheriff to his feet.
"Sir, if I may, I'll offer my services in hunting down that maniac. The law says legally mutants are outlawed, but if we both agree you never knew I was a mutant..." Zack tailed off, and the Sheriff nodded his agreement,
"Why's he doing this, mut... Friend?" asked the Sheriff. Zack shook his head,
"I really don't know."

As nemx sits in peace. "so it looks like zack has chosen to side with the flat scans (humans) well i guess hes gonna have to die to then if he steps in my way"nemx said to himself.

As nemx hears what justice says he just walks away.

"It's kinds like you that give's us a bad names like outlaws." he yelled at Nemx

HE stopped and then turned around and looked at justice "justice dont you dare tell me that you dont have one bit of hatred for these flat scans."nemx said.

"no i don't becuase unlike you i belive there is good in all poeple humans & muants."

Zack heard Justice's yell, and ran to where he guessed it was coming from. After hitting several dead ends, he lost his temper and flung himself onto the roof of the house blocking his way. He saw Justice and Nemx yelling at each other, as the street emptied around them.

" You actually think that humans are good. then why dont they help us"nemx said. "No human is good to mutants, they all fear and hate us. and nots cause of us its cause thats human nature."nemx said to justice and then nemx walks away.

justice pick up zacks sent & knew he had saw them.

Zack walked along the rooftop, keeping pace with Nemx.
"Nemx, shut your face! You're just as human as anyone in this town, so stop talking that terrorist crap!"

Then nemx teleports away.somewhere.

"He better not come back," Zack said softly, "Or he's a dead man."

"Are you serious"nemx said to zack telepathically.

"Well. If he wants to come back, he had better hope he didn't hurt anyone too bad. A killing, and the government will be down on us so fast even the mayor won't be able to protect us. Especially if he's sighted with our group. We're not here to start a revolution, we're only trying to free those that are imprisoned for something beyond their control. Dammit, I'd expect the same treatment if I killed someone without reason." Zack said, floating off the roof. You got that, Nemx? he thought.
