Diandra was knocked unconscious because the strain occured by her wormhole sucking-in exhausted her partially and the fight exhausted her even more.

Wolf was waiting for jean. wondering if she could help

~Oh god....~

Somebody called up the ambulance for her, but it was the police who was there instead. Even if she's unconscious, she was still breathing and her heart still beats.

When she finally woke up...

Diandra: Where am I?

Officer Jones: You're in the police station. I just saved your life. The motto of the station is To protect and to serve, for me, it applies very well to anybody, from mutant to beggar.

John walked around the inside of the building that Shadow was in.

Shadow had grabbed a bag from the now empty building (just a normal house), he was shoving in food, some things to stay entertained and anythinbg that was needed to survive.

~Whoever's following me, on the way back to the woods we've gone inside an empty house to get provisions~

"Right, I think I've got everything we'll need for a couple of days. Now we've got to get back to Karen and the others in the woods"

Zack, realising nobody was getting into his car, (since everyone who said they were are now doing something different) pulled out into the road, and drove off, turning down a big boulevard. Glancing in his rear-view mirror, he saw two mutant police cars begin following him.

Stepping on the gas, he began swerving in and out of traffic. A couple of moments later, a regular police car had joned the chase, and he turned down a small alleyway, knocking trash out his way as he smashed through a chain-link fence and back onto another boulevard.

jean-"I've lost the link between me and justice."

lance looked at jean "how can i help jean"

"you can't.i can't.we'll just have to try it the old fashion way"
