She looked up at him. "I know he can take care of himself, his powers are strong, but I thought the outside would be different." She began to explain. "I mean outside the camp. When I escaped, I thought I would be able to lead a normal life. But then we get attacked even here." She took another long drink from her beer.

"Nothing will happen to you while im here. Im sure john wont either. I can just do it better..."

She looked up at him and smiled a little. "Thanks."

He smiled a little back.

She finished her beer and sat there on the bed. She felt a little odd, she had never drank before. She was kept in the camp for most of her life, so she never even had the chance to drink. Her eyes were glowing like a strobe light, flickering blue.

Karl's red eyes wer a stark contrast to Jezebel's eyes. "Yo're eyes are so beautifal..." he said. In his infrared vision the blueish color of the eyes made it look so prismatic

She glanced at the wall where a mirror hung and she saw her eyes flickering. She then looked back at him, blushing. "Thanks." She felt a little tipsy from the beer, but it felt good.

i fixed it~

(( so did I ))

"r welcome..." He went donw and got more beer.

She waited for him to come back, sitting on the bed and swinging her feet back and forth. She ran a hand through her hair and pushed it away from her eyes which still flickered.

He came up with more beer and passed her a bottle. "enjoy.."

"Mmmmm hmmmm." She grinned, taking the bottle and taking a long drink from it. "So... you..." She re-adjusted her position on the bed. "Tell me something about you. Something not depressing."

"Ummmm.... I met you, that's not depressing." he smiled, but ttruthfull it was the only thing he could think of...

She laughed and finished her beer. "Yeah... that's good." She grinned. She reached for another beer and fell off of the bed.

"you dont drink often do you?" he moved and picked her up and pit her back on the bed and brushed some hair out of her mouth. "Hair taste bad?" he asked sarcastically as he handed her a beer.

She giggled. "Nope, I don't." She grabbed the beer and looked in his eyes. "I like your eyes too."

"Thanks." He looked at her for amoment, smiled and sat back down.

She took a sip of her beer. "So..." She smiled, then glanced around the room, only for her eyes to settle back upon him.

"So... what?" He took a swig from his bottle.
