the lawyer montioned for open fire so they did fire everywhere

Zack stretched out his arm, throwing one of the guys into the others before jumping backward off the pier.

~jim not the only ones controling the guys, u guys can control them too..~

Shadow rushed forwards and kicked the lawyer back, before shoulder barging into the guys standing on his left and right. He ran up to the lawyer and pucnhed, although it went right through him. Shadow pulled his hand back.
"I gotta get this under control"
The lawyer kicked Shadow off him and got to his feet.

Zack pulled the gun out of the lawyer's hand, turning it to face the lawyer. He started perspiring as he concentrated on the trigger, ready to pull it.

"Stop..." His words trailed off as he noticed the gun was slowly falling as he spoke. It jerked back up again, trained on the lawyer.

~he's not in control of his powers that much... he can do big things with a lot of energy but isn't too good at little things~

Jim blended in and kicked one of the gunmen. Another guy came up behind Karen and grabed her holding the gun to her head.
"hey Jim, come near me and ill shoot your lil sis." He said looking around to see if he can get a hint of Jim moving.

"What about me then!?" Shadow said running and phasing through Karen. He grabbed the guards gun pulling it and him over his head before throwing him to the floor and kneeing him in the stomach.

"thx" Karen said queitly to Shadow.
Jim walked over to the lawyer and Zack "your the only guy left to kill." he said to the lawyer.

"Just glad you're OK" Shadow replied

Shadow walked over to Jim and stood between him and the lawyer, "No killing OK?"

Karen follow Shadow and stood by Jim.

Jim looked at Shadow "hes the one with the gun." he said pointing at Zack

Shadow spun around kicking the gun out of the lawyers hand and into the water, "better?"

Zack dropped the gun in relief
I didn't want to kill, but I would have

Shadow punched the lawyer, "Anything you want to ask him or should we get outta here?" Shadow asked Jim.

Karen hugged her brother "im so glad your alive i thought i lost u too." a tear ran down.
"better," Jim replied to Shadow "we should get out of her."

Shadow punched the lawyer, knocking him unconsious. He headed towards the car, looking back at the reunited family. It bought back bad memories of his family, and how they had thrown him out.

Zack stood on the edge of the group wondering what he had got himself into. He felt uncomfortable, since the three were obviously friends

"where should we go now?" Jim asked Zack or Shadow.

"We could try your apartment, or if they know about that place, we could leave town. Unless of course this guy *indicating Zack* has a place"

"Erm I suppose we could go to my dad's place. It's out in the suburbs. He's gone til next week."
