D@mn, has anyone else spent more $$ this year...

Have you all spent more money this year than last on Christmas? Are prices going up? Man, I am broke. Is this common?

lol this is my most expenssive X-mas year, so far, but this is the year I bought the most cards and gifts ever so I dont mind

last year i was away from home for all the time around christmas so i didn't have to buy presants and the year before my mum still bought my prezzies for me but now i'm aparently too old for getting money! 😠

This year I'm spending less on Christmas gifts and still short of cash. Not enough bargains or sales this year.

Then last on Christmas??? Since uni started again, I spent more money this year than I did in the same period last year 😖

i spend about $100 dollars and i still have about 5 more presents to buy.

I have been frantically searching for free shipping/volume deals and that stuff. I got hooked up on my GF's present this year. Diesel Jeans from bluefly at 1/2 off (BIGTIME SAVIOR). Other than that, I had good deals and free shipping from Staples, got killed at the mall. After shopping, I went to hallmark and bought paper/bows/cards/all that crap and ended up spending another 80 bucks. 🙁 SO SAD. Anyway, I think I have doubled my expenses this X-mas other than those few deals I had. What was the most expensive thing you guys have bought so far?
