i have one but its to big. and i dont know how to shrink it.

just use a pic-prog, they all have the ability to shrink it down

I've downloaded infranview and used it to shrink an image but then it turns into a BMP file after been a JPEG.

if you can't change it, dv, you can change it in paint

When saving it, choose Save As. It should give you an option to save as JPEG.
