Well actully in my sport of bodybuilding i am pissed off when i dont get sore from a workout cause that means i didnt workout hard enough and my muscles arent growing. my leg days i cant walk right for 4 days afterwardsa and just about the point when they are all healed up i have to do another leg day 😛 its all worth it though
But i bet ur more sore after hockey then i will every be after a workout
