In England many 14 yr olds do wear a lot of makeup. Even some 10 year olds do!They all start at an early age. So I dunno about the USA but it's normal here in England.

You also forgot foundation.

I read in an interview that she had her hair dyed mousy brown for the film...maybe she dyed it blonde since she's finished filming.
