*She walked at his side in silence, she was so excited that he asked her out, but she didn't want to act childish about it. She barely knew him afterall, and she didn't want to get her hopes up, just in case.*

Joshua thought for a bit "Hey, before we go back to the party, would you like to go get some ice cream?" He asked Angelina

(( yes, that is what it means ))

She looked up at him. "Sure." She said smiling warmly. "That sounds good to me."

~yes, score one for the smart ppl 😄~

Joshua started ot get a little playful "Lasts one to the car buys the ice cream." Joshua said tauntingly, but he was going to buyu it either way.

She playfully shoved him to get a hard start and began to run.

"Cheaters never win." Joshua said, then laughed and ran after her.

She laughed and called back to him. "We'll see about that." She heard him right behind her.

Joshua laughed some more, but stayed behind her because he wanted her to win. "Hey slow down there speedy." Joshua teased.

She reached the car and turned around laughing. She ran a hand through her hair, pulling it away from her flushed cheeks. "What were u saying? Cheates never win?" She winked.

"Well then i guess i'm the one who cheated." Joshua laughed then unlocked the car door.

She grinned and got into the car.

Joshua started the car and revved the engine, then put in a System of a down cd, he put the song to toxicity. Joshua pulled off the beach and then back on to the mainstreet. He started to sing along with the song.

She glanced over at him and giggled as he sang. He wasn't a bad singer, it just surprised her he was singing.

~actually i'm not that bad of a singer, really~

Joshua took his hands off the wheel, and drove with his knees, he started to play air guitar. He stayed on the rode. "Do you like this song?"

"Yeah, but I'd prefer you to drive with your hands." She said a little nervously.

"ALright." Joshua said as he put his hands on the wheel "Hey were headed towards the ice cream shoppe, right?"

Angelina nodded. "Yeah." She glanced at the clock in the car near the stereo system and laughed. "Even though I'm not sure if they're open at eleven thirty at night." She didn't even notice how time flew by when she was with him since she was having such a good time.

Joshua looked at the clock and sighed "Aw man, well i just hope they'll be open..."
