Angel

roswell was supossed to be cancelled after season 1, but fans protested about it, and the show went on for 2 more seasons, i love to say that the same thing could happen for angel, i love that show, and tv wouldn't be the same without it.....

As much as I'd like this to be true, it's unlikely. The viewer-cost ratio is just too low. I've expanded on this more on page 1.

Having said that, it might still happen! E-mail the WB! Sign the petition! Perhaps we still can save the show!

Alot of people watch this show.Its one of the wbs top shows.I dont know why they would cancle it unless it the actors fault.

it's in my opinion, one of if not the best on television right now. i read there was a 22% increase in viewers since last season, so hopefully it's not permanently doomed. maybe UPN will pick it up.

I would love UPN if they did that.

It doesn't make sense for them not to. the only major concern with a show like that is production cost, but it would be an investment similar to the one UPN made when taking on Buffy. That worked out pretty well for them, so maybe they'll do it. Here's hoping.

Damn them all. But at least there's a movie on the table, huh? ~hopeful smile~

true. i wonder if the franchise would be better served with a tv movie or a theatrical release, though.

It would be funny if UPN did pick up Angel now, because Buffy ended on WB with Season 5, and so will Angel, lol. So hopefully UPN will do it again and keep it for two seasons.

UPN would have kept Buffy longer but S.M.G. didn't want to be Buffy any longer.

Last nights episode was great. Next weeks looks even better.
