Changes!
Well, my job at the studio is finally over. Friday was my last day. I will still be in the same building sometimes, as I teach piano in a room there as well as at home, but I won't be in the office anymore, ever. I'm really quite happy about it now, but I was having mixed feelings on Friday. I wrote this poem while I was there for everyone in the office...

It’s been four weeks short of six years.
Time flies by so fast!
We’ve shared both laughter and tears,
And the memories I’ve made here will last.
Today marks the end of one era,
As I move on to what is ahead.
I’ve been excited as it has drawn nearer.
There’s been very little sadness or dread.
But today I feel a slight tug
At my heart, as I reminesce.
My thoughts are warm and snug,
And many things about Omega I’ll miss.
At least I’ll not be far away.
You can find me just down the hall.
Anytime you want to say, "hey!"
