aww...tex is tryna be clever....
lemme show u how its done...
first off ur body doesnt 'burn' fat per se, it hydrolyses lipids into fatty acids and glycerol. the fatty acid is then metabolised in a controlled form of combustion.
secondly, the hydrolysis of lipids has no direct effect on the colour of ur urine. urine is essentially diluted urea which is composed of toxic nitrogenous waste produced during respiration. some of this extra nitrogenous waste comes from amino acids
Hydrolysis of protiens creates amino acids, also used as an alterior respiratory substrate like fatty acids. however respiration is predominantly fuelled by glucose, as it is the most efficient fuel for our bodies. this way glucose is responsible for the bulk of the waste in urine, so it is glucose that inadvertantly alters the pigmentation of urine. also, dehydration will lead to more concentrated urine in the body's bid to save water by releasing anti diuretic hormone...so hydration of the body also has a large effect on urine colour
finally....if u have red urine please consult ur physician asap 😛
