no one i know ever talks about the simpsons anymore. the simpsons were good, no doubt, but it has lost its touch, the spark, the soul is no longer there, somewhere in the mix, the simpsons have forgotten what it was all about.
its either what i just said above OR that Family Guy made me laugh so much, and is so funny that i have almost lost my sense of humour and cannot recognize humour that is not at 'family guy' level...or 'chappelle level'

Am I the only person who thinks Family Guy is shit? I hate it. It is nothing compared to The Simpsons and South Park. Everyone is a one gag character - Brian, dog that can talk - Stewie, genius baby - Peter, Homer rip-off - Lois, Marge rip-off - the 2 kids, lucky to get 1 line per episode.
The Simpsons and South Park have become classics because they've got their own little worlds. Family Guy isn't because it always put sthe focus on the same characters and the same gags.
