No, I sang it in 5th grade. But what I don't get about that play is, why are there southern belles, in egypt?

OMG I LOVE THAT SONG! MY MUSIC TEACHER IN 6TH GRADE PLAYED IT FOR US AND MY FRIEND AND I GOT UP AND DANCED TO IT! then we got in trouble for "acting out in class" whatever. 🙁

I was talking to you. It was a weird play, these southern belles findout that jesus is in egypt and they tell the pharoah, cause they want 'perfume' and so the pharoah goes to find jesus then everyone gets up and starts singing 'pharoah, pharoah! Oh, Oh, you let that baby go'. It was strange.
