Has anyone else ever thought that Watto's accent sounds like a stereotypical Italian character? I wish, just once, that he'd say, "...that's a spicy meata ball...". 😄

The guy who played him said he used an Italian accent.

Always sounded Mexican to me.

I thought he sounded italian also. But he did have a gravelly voice, like someone who would work in a place like that.

I read somewhere that all the bad guys have some sort of accent.Th exception being vader because he was a good guy once.

Scottish but he uses an English accent I think.

The trade fedaration sound Asian because it was two Thai actors who originally did the voices. They just used there own accents.
