I cannot really judge unless your stats are there as well. As MA +5 doesn't cost 8, nor will only +5 bring you to a 14 that would cost a one point impossible penalty.

Okay Ill get the Fu Powers real quick.

Focus pool. How many points for a focus pool of 10?

Well, yours is at 5 already- one for your fu stat, and plus four for being a Natural. Then the first four download points worth of focus you buy gets you two focus each. So three points would get you six more focus, for a total of 11. So you do not have to spent much.

I dont have anything to spend, so I will have to cut back on something...Hmm.

BGB and LR to 1 will bring me 3 points under, use those three points to increase the focus

Yeah, if a power is marked 'Restricted', you have to pay a download point for each one you take past the first.

That means I only want the first 4 clever fox powers. Only 2 Hands of Light. Getting rid of those two takes me down a point, making it ok for me to have all 8 healthy tiger powers.

No Torrent of Fury. That gives me space for another nonrestrictive power.
