Is Bootstrap Bill dead?
in the film, bootstrap was cursed when he got thrown into the ocean, and that means he couldnt die, so after 10 years, he could have escaped..... i mean the cannon was tied to his bootstraps wasnt it, so even if he couldnt undo them, then after 10 years they cud have rotted through.... therefore, when the curse was lifted, he could have been liivin in another country, still alive......

well jsut like that one dead guy was blasted into a million pieces, the bones cant come back and connect themselves you know, so maybe he still is out there walking to a shore, but i mean once the "curse had been lifted" wouldn't he just either drown from being in the water, or swim up to shore? plus he was blasted by a cannon NOT IN THE MOONLIGHT, so that still means he can die right? i mean there was still blood on the knife elizabeth stabbed barbossa with..hmm...ponders...

if they do bring in bootstrap bill theyd have trouble tho, cuz jack asks will if theyve met b4, he says that will looks like his father, so theyd have to find an actor who looked like him loads!!!! 🏴☠️
and orlis elf, i dont think that there was any mention of the cannon actually going off, they just used it to weigh him down to make him sink i think..... i will check, but im pretty sure 😄
