Titan would have been imprisoned in a tomb in Ireland and was awoken by Apocalypse to become a horseman. Apocalypse restores his youth and grants him long life. But Titan sees that Apocalypse would have been out to destroy the world instead of help it and so Titan becomes a good guy.
