No. Yerss has nothing to do w/ this.
I go through a dark depressed stage about twice a year. and it usually last about a montha and a half. 🙁
My heart just feels really heavy and I dont know why.

Winter has a depressing effect on us mere mortals Lara, your body automatically slows down and trys to conserve energy. Either that or your just worrying about how much money your gonna have to spend over Christmas. 😄

Christmas sucks. I hate it. anyway I dont have money problems because I dont have any money to worry about. 🙁
Xmas has nothing to do w/ my depression.

To snap yourself out of it, I'd suggest some serious alcohol abuse.
