What is your favorite scene from any of the movies? I can't decide on what my favorite is, I have so many. Basically, any scene with Aragorn and Legolas in it, I like. What about you?

Wow...tough question...I think my most favorite scene that just takes my breath away was when Arwen has that vision of Eldarion. Another was when Arwen approaches the Shards of Narsil and her narrative dialogue-

"From the ashes of fire shall be woken, A light from the shadow shall spring. Renewed shall be the blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king."

Also, I love the scene of the Grey Havens as they depart. *sobs* I love it man.

Oh and the scene when Frodo wake up to see Gandalf in FotR, and then AGAIN in RotK, it was bloody amazing man. *sobs* That broke my dam of tears.

Oh and when Sam and Frodo lay on the rock on the mountainside as Mount Doom explodes. And they just have this sudden lift of their shoulders and then Frodo just starts remembering the Shire because the Ring hasn't been blocking his mind up.

Argh, when the Nazguls swoop down onto Minas Tirith!

Its easy to decide for me :

In FOTR the simply best are the Last Alliance and the Nazgul leaving Minas Morgul 😍
In TTT - several absolute faves. Gollum, Nazgûl, Helms Deep, Ents marching towards Isengard, and the Balrog in the scene where you see the whole cave and a little little red point in the middle falling down as the choir goes "Mettanna... Nurunna!"

Pippin and the Palantir!!!!!😄

Haldir's death touched me the most... but anything with pippin in is wonderful! he's so sweet and uncorrupted!

I just remembered another scene that I liked. The one in ROTK when Legolas and Gimli have another counting match, and Legolas kills an oliphant and Gimli says that that still counts as one.

My favs from FOTR are: The Farmer Maggot's crop scene,The Council of Elrond, and the one scene where Merry knows that Frodo is leaving and he tells Pippin.From TTT it would have to be: The Battles of Helm's Deep when Legolas slides down the stairs on the shield and than kicks it into an Orc's throat and the 'should I describe it to you,ior shall I get you a box'....I also like the one where Merry and Pippin find Treebeard.From ROTK my favs are😛ippin & the Palantir, when Pippin sings, The Grey Havens 🙁 ,The Eagles, Gollum bites off Frodo's finger and Frodo shoves him over the edge, the scene with Merry and Pippin's drinking song on the table, and the scene where Sam asks if he remember's the Shire....Sorry about the extremely long list....I like a lot of scene's,If I HAD to pick one , it would be Pippin's song.....

Gimli, Legolas, Aragorn and the hobbits sat down at a cozy booth in the prancing pony. Legolas sat back comfortably, happy that Sauron was defeated, and that he could relax.
“ So, Legolas,” said Gimli, taking a sip of his beer before he continued, “ ever done anything daring in your immortal life?” Legolas looked like he had been slapped.
“ Of course I had done some daring things in my life! What do you take me for?”
“ All right then, name at least one thing you have done during your lifetime.” Legolas blushed as he couldn’t think of anything. They all laughed.
“ Poor Legolas,” said Aragorn. “ Let’s leave him alone.”
“ Fine! You want me to do something daring? Then I’ll do something daring!” he slammed his ale on the table and got up and walks to the little stage near the women. There were more women there then the men, and Legolas was glad…because what he was about to do…was not intended for the male audience. Legolas got up nervously, but he had to do it. He had to make others think that he wasn’t some girly man that liked to frolic in the forest or whatever. He could do something daring!

Legolas walked off the stage to grab his clothes, but apparently, the women refused to give him back his shirt. So he walked by the booth the fellowship was sitting and and smiled smugly, and left The Prancing Pony.

The most awesome scene for me would have to be the Nazgul riding out from Minas Morgul in search of the shire

Coming in close would be at the Pelonnear Fields with the horn of Rhirrim sounding and Gandalf & also the head orc looking at the top of the field and seeing Rohan!

Coming in third would definetly have to be at the black gate when merry shouts "look, it's the eagles" and the eagles swoop in and destroy some Nazgul winged creatues 🙂

my faverite would be anything with merry adn pippin cuz in my opinion they have the best story line
also when gollum talks to himself adn Shelob and aragorn becoming king and arwen in the forest on her way to the grey havens and the undyeing land

i think the best part of the movies is when the battle of helm's deep takes place and Gimli is kicking some ass

i really liked it when Arwen saw her son and he was playing with his dad that actually brought a tear to my eye 🙁 .

i love dit when Elrond gives Arundril to Aragon at that moment he became king od Gondor.

When the eagles come they actually remind me of America for some reason.

When Aragon finally sees Arwen for the first time after the battle when they kiss.

when Sam and Rosie get married
