Does anyone know the rest of this line?

๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™
I was wondering if anyone has seen ROTK and remembers the rest of the speech that Frodo says at the end, that starts with something like "How do you pick up the threads of an old life"
???????? ๐Ÿ˜• ๐Ÿ˜• ๐Ÿ˜• ๐Ÿ˜• ๐Ÿ˜•

Uh....damn, I wish I knew...try searching Google!!!

I work in a cinema I'll tell you in about 20 minutes when it ends.

NICE, SAMHAIN! Any chance of getting the whole script? Is that legal????

probably. I dunno. Thanks Samhain!

I'm not very good at shorthand but I got some of it.

"How do you pick up the threads of an old life? How do you go on living? Then your heart begins to understand, there is no going back. There are some hurts that time cannot mend, some wounds that go too deep." there are a couple more lines after that but I'd lost pace by then. I'll get the rest tomorrow.

Thanks heaps. Thats been goin round and round in my head since I saw ROTK for the first time yestaday.

If anyone knows anymore to this bit, please contribute!!!!

Wow...THANK YOU SOOO MUCH, SAMHAIN!

We can turn this thread into a "finish that quote" game... I'll start!

I'll name a quote, and you finish it, telling which character said it, and which movie... FOTR, TTT, or ROTK...

Not sure if this one is really accurate, it goes something like "I looked into your life (or future, w/e) and saw ______"

"I looked into your future and saw death(?)." Elrond, Two Towers

That quote is from ROTK

really? I thought it was in towers... ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

You remember, I believe it was toward the beginning of ROTK, when Arwen comes to Elrond at the palace, and she says "You saw into my future... What did you see?" That's the scene I'm thinking of...

Oh, wll then you kind of messed up the quote... oh well, next. ๐Ÿ™‚

Here's one:

"All right young Sir, I meant no offence! It's________"
๐Ÿ™‚

Does anyone have the rest of this line in German? I wrote it down in the cinema but I cant read it anymore...

The man at the gates of The Inn of the Prancing Pony, in Bree:

"Alright young sir, I meant no offense. It's my job to ask questions after nighfall. There's talk of strange folk abroad. Can't be too careful."

And it was in FotR!!!
