Thay took her to a large crack in the side of a giant underwater mountain. "Look..." he waved his hand, and the light in the area dissapeared. A large stream of multi-colored light of pure beauty was flowing out of the large crack. "Go ahead, swim in it."

Taty gasped at it's beauty. She nodded and swam into the steam.

Ewan woke up in a strange dream. He was lying on a bed. Lila was sitting next to him. The arrow was gone. He looked over at Lila. "Am I... dead?" he asked her. She smiled and shook her head. He reached over and held her hand, unaware that he was doing it in real life as well.

Lila looked up as Ewan's hand moved to hers. She held his hand gently. "Ewan?" She called quietly.

The multi-colored stream oriented on Taty and stimulated her happiness brain cells, giving her a feeling of pure ecstacy.

Taty giggled. She thought it was the most wonderful thing ever.

Thay pulled her out. "The danger of this is, you'll never want to leave. Never come here alone." Thay took her hand. "Follow me."

Chenelle finally found Jimmy, huddled in a bush of seaweed near the palace. "Jimmy?" she asked. He looked at her scowling and swam away. Suprised, she wondered what she had done to him.

Taty nodded and followed Thay. She heeded his warning. She smiled. "That was wonderful. How did you ever find it?"

Chenelle would go to Janie for comfort, but, as jealousy ran in the family, Janie had always been jealous of Chenelle. Everyone seemed to hate her now. Now that she had brocken the engagment. She supposed it was better off anyway. She didn't want any false friendships. She swam into the store where she had given that wooden mermaid and began to look around.

"A long time ago i was studying a book called "Wonders of Life" It was old and in ancient mermen, but it told of a bunch of locations with wonderous things. This was one of them. The sea of the dead, still known, is another. Where we're going now is the next."

Taty tilted her head to the side. She smiled. "Let me guess a surprise."

Chenelle decided she wante to leave the city. She swam out of the store, and closed her eyes, twirling around. When she floated to a stop, she opened her eyes and swam forward.

"It's called the volcano of magic. It's said to be the very source of US, the reson why everything magical exsists."

Taty gasped. "Really? That's amazing."

"Yes, its quite beautifal too... kind of like you..."

Chenelle swam for days and nights, then she finally reached a city. It was large and majestical, sparkling in the filtered rays of sunlight. But it appeared to be empty. She swam forward.

Lila knelt at Ewan's bedside and still held his hand gently. She placed her head down on the bed, her hair flowed over the sides of her face. She thought of many things, and even though Ewan was in most of her thoughts, she hoped Thay was alright.

Tay's mind drifted towards Lila involuntarily, but Taty's advice conitnully kicked in.

Taty blushed beight red. "T...Thank you." she stuttered.

As soon as she swam past an invisible magic laser, a horrible stench filled her lungs she coughed, overwhelmed. A man came from behind a building he was handsome and had a kind face.
"Why, lady, do you enter this forbidden city?" he asked worriedly.
"I didn't know it was forbidden..." she said coughing.
"Yes, yes. This city is condemmed with the plague. A human sickness, spread by unknowing divers. We are all sufferers. And now you have been exposed. The city walls will not allow you to leave, not for another month." he said, sadly.
