Yeah there are too many fanfic sites to count. I've read hundreds of stories. I have to honestly say that my fav so far was with Legolas and Eomer. Oh boy that got rough and steamy.
Another was just funny more than uhm...the other stuff... It had to do with Legolas going into heat and Aragorn having to fix it. 😆
