Say Farewell to the 'Promotion & Testing Forum'

As of now, I have disabled the 'Promotion & Testing Forum' as I see absolutely no use for it.

1) From now on we will be accepting absolutely NO SPAM at all. If it is posted, it will be deleted without warning.
Links to other sites can only be posted if they are relavent to the topic/subject.

2) Testing is no longer required since the forums have a preview function before you post.
