Paint Shop Pro is probably the cheapest of the good graphics programs and it's about $120, I think.

Look down at the bottom right corner 😛 I made a little watermark-logo that I now put on all my stuff.

And I do my art for myself, not for other people...and as I tend to be in bad moods a lot, my art reflects that.
