Ok, I wiped out the banked actions of those in the Office and there was nothing you could reasonably do with them. Incidentally, I take a dim view of people acting and not using their banked actions. That is not what they are for, to be stored for use later. They should be used as soon as you have them.
Heph has now cleared the way- it is an action to get across to the emergency exit door.
Ok, Fire, you burst into the emergency exit stairwell, only to find it is too late for the link-up; SWAT teams have already reached the level below.
Rade, you fire, rolling a +6, which kills one of the new assault rifle guys stone dead.
You then get a free attack made on you by a nightstick guy as you flee. He rolls +4; actually a hit! For 1 damage! Ow!
Your Gathered atack gains you no exertion but you roll -1 for a 12... not good enough. You make it into the office, pursued by the nightstick guys...
I assume you are heading to the stairwell, Azrael?

I am assuming Heph goes with you guys... you are a little worried Rade may not make it before the SWAT get to this level!
There are more SWAT coming up the main stairs but we can safely ignore them so long as you keep moving.

Ok, Rade stays on the move, backflipping with a flip of the Grasshopper! You roll a +1, Rade, for a 15- a Hit for 2 and you can immediately disengage and move.
You have a spare action, Rade. However, as I have just been telling the combat path guys, you cannot actually use extra actions to move- speed is about being able to get more things done, not run 50% faster than everyone else. So, if you want, you can use that extra action to have made another attack on that guy you Flipped away from, before you made the flip- might kill him, will certainly force him to dodge again.
