Hhaha! Fruits Basket! Cutest little thing ever man...Though I also like Kame Kaze, which I think is also dubbed His or Her Circumstances.
Evangelion starts off really cool but it gets....um...weird?
And also I think Princess Mononoke is FANTABULOUS!
Spirited Away is also good seeing as though it's both made from Hayao Miyazaki....

The funny thing is about Inuyasha's name is that Inu literally means female dog, and Yasha means demon. 🙂
Actually, 'inu' doesn't mean female dog, it just means dog. But yes, his name does mean "Dog-demon".
My favorites are Sailormoon (though I can't stand to watch it dubbed), Cowboy Bebop, Cardcaptor Sakura, Evangelion, Trigun, and Escaflowne. Though I rarely watch anime dubbed anymore, I try to get it all in Japanese with subtitles (though I have some Sailormoon that isn't subtitled at all...and amazingly I understand a lot of it).

🙁 I'd have to disagree. Inu LITTERALLY if you want to be more accurate, it means female dog. But if you just want to say it means 'dog'. Then it's ok, because it DOES make more sense. Though but more accurately, Inu does mean female dog.
