How do i bring an image down to size?

Changing the image size will change the file size when you save it.

Well he/she's using IrFanView which I've never used before so I don't know how it works or anything...I'm just making a general statement 😑

i never used the irfanview either, but in photoshop it works both ways.

Any art program will allow you to change the size of an image, Photoshop is one of the best but there are free image programs out there you can search for them.

I use Irfanview.. not as good as Photoshop but its free.
