tej - tei - Mainly from the part of poland that i come from, used to... uhm... emphasize your feelings for example:
teeeeeeeeeeeeej? - 'whaaaaaaaat?'
tej! - indignation, like 'how dare you!' or sth like that
teeeeeeeeej.... - fascination as well as being suprised and all that jazz
