Well okay, at first I hated them too...But after the first time you listen to their album, it kinda grows on you. 😆 Though until now, I can't stand the way they make the songs seem "connected" to each other. When Linkin Park did it, it was cool...But the way LostProphets did it made the album seem dragging...

it was way cooler when Tool made the songs seem "connected" on Lateralus ✅

Well... Just that if you really want to hear a good representative sampling you should get Aenima... But you're right, it's probably better if you just get one or two songs. In which case you should try "Schism" and "Eulogy"

im all for RATM, but i dont really understand how you can call a band pointless.... theyre not particularly generic, they have good atmospher when playing live (granted i saw them in a club of 70ppl at most, theyre always great atmosphere, but still....) and have made quite decent songs....
