We might forget about it, yeah, but once they start releasing information about it, we'll all be "PIRATES, PIRATES" again. I mean think about Bad Boys, it took them, what, 8 years to come out with a sequel? And anyway, diehard fans will never forget.

yea I've had the movie ever since like a month after the movie came to theatres and I'm still obsessed with the movie!!!!

lolz well I always end up going with the ridiculous rumours because they are so much better😛😆

okay here's a rumour: POTC2 will be in theatres on January 9th 2004(where I am that's next Friday😛)

Pirates of the Caribbean 2 Subtitle Uncovered? Source: Cinescape Wednesday, December 10, 2003

Coming Attractions at Cinescape has possible word on the subtitle for Pirates of the Caribbean 2, which in turn gives us possible word on the sequel's story.

An anonymous scooper contacted us today with what they claim might be the working title for PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 2. "I work for [removed] from Fantasy II F/X in Burbank, Ca," writes our tipster. "I can't give you my name. I can tell you this, I just saw some composite artwork for PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: TREASURES OF THE LOST ABYSS I'm not sure if that's just the working title or not."

Their source says the 'Abyss' in the title refers to the first pirate ship that sailed in the Caribbean. So will the gang be on the hunt for this treasure, or perhaps they will have to keep other pirates from getting it? Stay tuned!

oooooooooooo that's awesome.. so I think maybe they are deciding over using The Devil's Throat or Treasures of the Lost Abyss maybe? That sound really interesting✅😱

well that cover thing is proof of why.. they obviously haven't made up their mind on some things quite yet and other reasons like preparing the set and props and giving the actors time

well I don't think they've given the third one much thought yet but they are planning on having one.. they've probably outlined a possible plotline so far
