There is a death but at they turn back time later, and as in my previous post Thor and all the Asgards dies.

Please tell me there's a good space battle.

There are some through the second half of season 10, but not so much in the final episode, however

there is some space action where Oddysey figths three Ori ships in the final episode and lots of explosions
