Phoe's HP Game- A HISTORY OF MAGIC (Archive) Volume II

"Well i thought that if i tell what I an going to tell about him, it would bring me problem if any of you two told him this". Said Drake with a serious face.
"Can I trust you two on not to tell him about this"? Asked Drake.

" I wont tell him" laura replied " i hardly talk to the professors, i'm way too shy!" she said.

Sonia stopped. She sighed. She was a prefect. Should she keep it. Weighing Drake's friendship more she nodded."

laura was curiously wondering what drake was going to tell them about professor Rydell. " does this have anything to do with the break-ins?" laura asked, her curiosity outweighing her shyness at the moment. plus she was starting to feel more comfortable around drake and sonia and was beginning to regard them as friends

Sonia perked up. "You think he's behind them." she whispered.

"I'll trust you too, Do you two remember the day that Professor Rydell just runned outta the great hall? That day I followed him, I dunno why but just did it, when he got to his room, i peeked inside and saw him holding a green shiny object and a strange book." Said Drake.
"Then later at night, I saw him going to the dungeons, he entered trough a portrait, when he came back he was holding a strange chest, looked very old, also i got the chance to see the book he was using, a book about ancients runes, I was whilling to tell someone about this, I know it might not concern you two but i just had to tell this to someone to know others opinions about this."Said Drake.

"oh yes about the breaking in, i think it was Prof. Rydell, i think he stole the green shiny stone" Said Drake

" it's sounde very suspicious to me. so you think that green object was what was stolen from lady frosts office? i wonder what it does." laura said, getting more curious and less shy every minute.

Sonia thought about it. "I don't know, but I think you're right." she said. "But the question is why?"

"Whatever it does, it might not be good, what if He-who-must-not-be-named is still alive and Rydell is trying to find a way to help him?" said Drake.

Note: We are all whispering to make sure no one hear ok?

"yeah. Maybe that jewel has powers we don't know about." she said. being a ravenclaw her mind jumped to books. " maybe we can find out something in a book about history of magic. maybe it's something voldemorts had and it was lost or stolen and then lady frost had it for safe keeping. now Rydell is trying to steal it back for voldy, or himseslf. whatever it is, it's no good."

"Whatever the case is, I was kinda hoping you two could help me look for the book about Ancient Runes, it might contain more information, so will you help?" Asked Drake

" of course. do you think there's anyway to sneak into professor Rydell's office to retrieve the book?

"Hmm... Sonia? You been quiet for some time, will you help me find the book?"

"so, do you think we can get the book from Rydell's office?

"First we have to see if we can find it here, it's less dangerous than going there and snatch the book, if we can't find it here, we make a plan to snatch the book on Rydells office."

" right. do you remember what book it was?" she asked

"no... I only know it's title has Runes somewhere, i bet there's an Ancient somewhere in the cover too."

"Come on, let's start looking."Drake gets up and start looking over the shelves for the book.

{Kinda a history this is becoming, and jus because Drake is curious 😆 }

"ok. lets look." laura said as she began to scan the shelves. for ancient runes.
