Drake returned to the fireplace, Ryong was still fast asleep, the fire had already extinguished, Drake put the wood he gathered there and lit it up again, Drake laid on the ground, and didn't seen to mind sleeping on the ground, "Must be because I'm a dragon" he tought, but still he couldn't sleep, he tought about that nightmare he had, all the teachers were blaming him for killing his friends, he would never ever do that, and that nightmare was haunting his mind like a ghost, "Why...why would I do such terrible thing." he tought, he was mad at himself, the thought of him killing his friend and the girl he loved was umbeareable, Drake tried not to think about that too much, his toughts then turn to Sonia, he was always thinking of her in the thoughest moments, she had something that somehow gives him a warn feeling, he lay his head on the ground and tries to sleep...
Drake hears something, but he think it was just some insects making noise, "But would insects make noise like words?", no it wasn't insects, Drake stood up to hear better, definitely someone was in trouble, Drake then hurries to where the person is, only to find Sonia being Dragged to the water, "Hang on I'm coming." he yelled, he runned towards her and grabs her feet and start to pull it out of the water, the thing that was pulling her was very strong and Drake was losing it's grip...
Drake looks back, he wasn't going to give up, "I'll never let that thing get you, just hang on a little more." Drake releases her feet and then he dives in the lake to fight with the monster using only his claws and theets since fire wouldn't work on water and Ice would freeze him and the mosnter underwater.
Drake starts to fight what looks like to be a giant octopus, he couldn't tell because it was too dark, using his tail and wings Drake was able to swin as better as he flyes, he bash the thing with it's massive body...
The monster octupus lets o of Sonia to fight Drake. I t tries to defend itself and be able to swim away.
Sonia sighed in relief. She took a deep breath and stuck her head in the lake. She was lookingv or Drake and the monster but couldn't see them. She pulled back shaking the water from her hair. "Drake, be careful." she whispered. She rang the rest of it out.
The octopus grabs Drake's ankle and wrists trying to imobilize him, Drake then gives a bite on the tentacles making then back off, he swin qickly towards the octopus giving it a bash on it's head, the octopus seens to be knocked out and Drake uses the opportunity to go to the surface and see if Sonia was alright, he see her at the bank, he waves at her but suddenly he's pulled back to the water, the octopus had grabbed Drake's wrist, ankle and his mouth shut, the octopus was coming with it's giant mouth towards Drake, it was clear his intentions, the octopus was going to eat Drake, he struggles to release himself from the tentacles but he was unable to release himself, "Is this how my end comes?" he tought to himself, "Well If it is then I'm not going alone, sorry Sonia, but maybe I won't come back." Drake closed his eyes, opened his mouth just a little, he letted tears and more tears mix with the water of the lake, with one last breath, Drake uses his Icy breath, freezing him and the octopus...

Sonia's eyes widened. She watched as the lake froze over. "Drake, No!!!" she said falling onto the frozen fcorner ofc the lake. She began to cry. With a few chosen words she cast a flame spell on the ice tryinvg to melt it.
the ice didn't melt, the special Ice breath of a Dragon can only be melted by the fire of another Dragon.
Draken his father felt Drake was in danger and tryed o contact him but he was unable, he notices that someone has a special conection with him, it was Sonia, he tries to contact her instead.
"You share a special conection with my son, what is your name?"
"Yes I know that, but wizardry will not save him, nothing can melt the ice of a Dragon if not the flame of another Dragon, I'm afraid Drake will stay like that forever, no Dragon would agree into defrosting him because for that it would mean a sign of love, for us Dragons saving the life of another Dragon means that they love each other." said Draken.
