posters as signature?

but how do you get posters as signature?
and how do you get a picture in the left frame?

for the left thing:
- user cp, edit options, Avatar, Change Avatar

give the url of your siggie and you push upload

It should give you a code to put in your signature.

Maybe i am stupid or brainless but can some one please write down what to do I just dont get it.
i have been tryin for an hour now and i am starting to get pisst!

ok, you know where it is, right?
(user cp, edit profile, signature, upload custom signature image, BROWSE in your computer wich one you want, click upload)

then you get a code: like [IMG]jqhgljhglkshgjh and stuff

copy past that line (with the tags) in your profile (edit profile, signature)
click submit modifications at the end of the page

here are what I am doing:

I go to user cp
then I go to signature
then I push upload custom signature
then i post the adress
witc is http://www.moviebullets.com/bruckheimer/incoming/bhd_i.jpg
after that this comes up..what do I do wrong!!!

the easy way is to save it and then when you upload, you browse your computer and you do like I wrote before
