Somebody HELP ME!!!!!

I need help bringing down the size of my new signature down to below 30 kilobytes... I used Paint Shop pro 7, ts a jpg file, and its currently 47 kb... help meeeeeeee....

I lowered the quality about 22% now it is 30kb, it aint as flashy anymore tho
