I think it would've been in RotK because Elrond and Arwen travelled to Lothlorien to seek a council with Galadriel and that's kinda where the little council thing was going on in TT between Elrond and Galadriel.

PJ first a sequence where Arwen comes to Helm's Deep to fight but it didn't work out.

i love that helms deep pic but i am so glad they didn't have it in the movie. but i do miss her horse riding.
