Third strongest ninja in the series is overrated lol.

Really second since his current form would beat Hashirama probably.

Hmm curious. Do you guys think Jiraiya would have done a better job as Hokage during the Pain invasion?

I don't think so. He could take out Pain bodies but I'm not sure how he's supposed to counter that big gravity push.

Forgot to add "Assuming Naruto never shows up" to take on Pain and he never talk jutsused Nagato.

Probably not. nagato would have had to use a different tactic though. He would have needed to use more Paths at once against Jiraiya, which means less to defeat everyone else, since I feel Jiraiya could beat any one path by himself. Probably even two. However, once Nagato defeats Jiraiya, the result would be the same.

He wouldn't have saved everyone like Tsunade, but if he had the info Tsunade and Konoha had, then he would have won, at least according to Nagato. vin

Considering his EMS/VoTE form more or less went toe-to-toe with Hashirama, yeah, ET Madara would beat him, though he might get overconfident and lose again.

Madara is clearly beta. Hashirama's alpha pressence alone will cause Madara to get on his knees and give Mr. God of Shinobi a blowjob.
