When I mean Genin, I mean that he was my favorite character in Part 1, where all were Genins.
Rock Lee in Part 2 is useless. Just Hinata and Neji had done something. Kishi has forgotten of the side characters, and I can't hope of Lee doing anything new in the war because he and the other side characters wouldn't even help against the new OP enemy. (Manga Readers will know).

And there is no Slug Sage!!

EDIT: Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji has also done something in the war.

Fingers crossed for some more good guy deaths. Really Team 8, sans Hinata, is dramatic death gold since Kiba and Shino have been around long enough that killing them would be effective.

What? Kakashi is still alive, he is just trapped in the Kamui dimension, and that is the same dimension of Obito and Kakashi. He just needs to rest a little, regain enough strength, and he can get out. Or do you mean his death when he fighted Pain?

Sasuke's fighting the guy who just ripped two of the hokages apart in front of him and forgetting about his crush on Naruto is still what's most important to him at the moment...lol.

Well at least the 2nd and 3rd tried to do something before they got oneshot.
