After thinking about, i realized that Sasuke hasn't really done anything... he deserted his village and TRIED to kill Bee, then successfully killed Danzo, who was up to no good. All he really accomplished while being a fugitive is kill Akatsuki members, which is a good thing.
That said, there's no way in hell he deserves to be kage over Naruto.

You missed the part where he attacked the Kage Summit.
Besides, unless he completely changes the system (which is what he's aiming for apparently), he cannot become Hokage.

To be fair he was only looking for Danzo IIRC. And he didn't actually have to fight until White Zetsu blew his cover.
So...after blocking that multi-elemental attack with only a partial Susanoo, should Sasuke be SS-? 😛
I cannot fathom the Kage giving a shit that Sasuke killed Danzo but yeah they'll be mad that he attacked them and Bee. It'll be that versus being grateful for the Edo Kage.
He also straight up killed samurai but considering Mifune is devoted to peace he probably wouldn't get that mad if he is convinced Sasuke is teh good guy. Which he really isn't at the moment.
